The Patient is Principal.

Every LABExpressMD service begins with the patient, not the laboratory, the equipment, or the process. We design diagnostic services around what makes care easier to access, clearer to understand, and simpler to complete.
Our people, workflows, and technology all serve that same purpose.

A patient at home, at ease in her own living room.

More than 15 years of patient-centered service.

For more than 15 years, LABExpressMD has worked to make laboratory testing more convenient for Filipino patients.

Our work began with a practical understanding: patients should not always have to reorganize their lives around the laboratory. Home Service, portable collection, and personal coordination brought care closer to where patients live and work.

As patient needs evolved, so did our workflow. We added dedicated Care Managers, structured request review, clearer itemized quotations, digital request uploads, and technology that helps move information accurately between the patient and the people serving them.

Technology does not replace personal care. It removes unnecessary steps so our people can spend more time helping the patient.

Today, LABExpressMD continues to develop services around the same principle that guided us from the beginning.

The patient is not simply part of the process. The patient is the principal.

Fast. Accurate. Affordable.

These are not taglines. They are service principles that guide how we work every day.

Fast.

Fast means removing avoidable delay and confusion. We create clearer ways to submit a request, understand the available options, review a quote, coordinate preparation, and arrange the next step. Speed should come from a better workflow, not from rushing the work that matters.

Accurate.

Accurate means paying attention at every stage. It begins with correctly understanding the request, matching it against approved information, allowing the patient to review what was captured, and having a Care Manager validate the details before anything proceeds. It continues through disciplined laboratory processes and external quality assessment.

Affordable.

Affordable means helping patients make informed choices without hiding the real cost. We use transparent, itemized pricing, ready-made Express Panels, household Home Service arrangements, and better operating workflows to help reduce unnecessary expense while protecting service quality.

Fast enough to respect the patient's time.Accurate enough to earn the patient's trust.Affordable enough to keep care within reach.

Quality must be measured, not simply claimed.

LABExpressMD participates in local and international external quality assessment programs, including the Department of Health National External Quality Assessment Scheme and RCPAQAP. These programs independently compare laboratory performance against established criteria and the results of other participating laboratories. They help identify variation, verify consistency, and show where processes need to be reviewed or improved.

Global and Local External QA Participant

Participation in external quality assessment. Not an accreditation, certification, or guarantee of any individual result.

What participation means for the patient

Independent comparison

Our laboratory does not rely only on its own internal assessment of performance.

Continuous improvement

External results give the laboratory another way to monitor systems, investigate differences, and strengthen its processes.

Daily accountability

Quality is not an award displayed once. It is a discipline repeated across people, equipment, materials, documentation, and every patient result.

Why we participate

We participate because patients deserve more than promises. Local and international quality programs give LABExpressMD an independent way to examine its performance, maintain discipline, and continue improving after more than 15 years of service.

Fifteen years is not just a milestone. It represents thousands of days spent repeating, reviewing, and improving the work.

Start with what you have.

Upload the request, search one or more tests, choose an Express Panel, or combine them in one quote. Nothing unclear is treated as final.
